Moped suddenly stops Empty Moped suddenly stops

We bought this moped 2016, we have replaced the original battries. But after four months the moped sometimes suddenly stops when we driving. To start again we need to restart it with the key. Then it works fine for another 10 minutes.
We have talked with the reseller and they suspect the either the speed control handel or some battery cable.

Does any one have any experience of such problem?

It looks like there is some problem with the ignition key.
Does anybody have a clue how to solve this?
